RETURN POLICY
You have 7 days for refund. Refund items MUST remain their original condition accompanied with original receipt & original packaging. This process after a thorough inspection is indicative of item(s) return for the simple reasons of damaged goods, or having been worn. You must pay the shipping & handling fees. You will receive 95% of total refunded to you. (the 5% is for shipping out to you..) Mea Culpa, the figure of 5% less should be more, as we want you to be happy, even when you are not.
Included, please find a return sticker to be placed on the original packaging or box, upon return. You also have the option to and are very welcomed to bring this package back yourself, (less s/h) if you should happen to reside in the City of SF Bay Area.

CUSTOMS
For Canada orders, please remember, there may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren’t reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs Office for those charges. maisonkokoeflo.com does not collect duty and taxes on Canada orders. The appropriate duty and/or taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. Our shipping charge does not include brokerage fees. All our pricing and shipping charges are in U.S. funds.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to maisonkokoeflo.com at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
